Lloyd’s launches mentorship scheme for LGBTQ+ staff

Lloyd’s of London has developed a pilot LGBTQ+ mentoring programme for those in the Corporation and Lloyd’s market.

The marketplace stated that the scheme has been developed as part of its drive to build inclusive work cultures.

This particular mentoring programme seeks to support and develop its LGBTQ+ talent – helping individuals find the tools and advice they need to develop their careers within Lloyd’s and the wider market.

Lloyd’s stated on its website: “We know from our wider mentoring platform that those in mentoring relationships feel more empowered, confident and happier in their careers –
