Attracting young talent has reportedly become one of core problems of ensuring the insurance industry’s longevity.

Following a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) conference in which industry experts voiced their concerns regarding the workforce demographics, Insurance Age has talked to brokers, insurers, the CII, and the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) to shed light on the causes and solutions to the ongoing problem.
