Whichever way one looks at it, any discussion around the state of the broking market in 2020 is one that needs to have Covid at its centre. At IMAS Corporate Finance we tend to focus on the broking market in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) but this is just one area where Covid has had – and will continue to have – an impact on the Top 100 Independent Brokers for some time to come. So what exactly is the prognosis for the market?
