Document management specialist Cave Tab has launched File Trail, designed to help brokers catalogue and track every file produced by their organisation. The web-based system uses barcode technology and portable barcode scanners so audits can be carried out at desktops. Ian Keers, managing director of Cave Tab, said: "File Trail saves an organisation time and money and provides a check on operational inconsistencies."
