Internal changes at Ace Group are holding back its onlinedevelopment, with the launch of its claims and broker websites still
further delayed.
The insurer had planned to launch a business-to-business broker website in
Autumn 2000 and a claims site in April 2001. Both sites now have no
scheduled launch date.
Ace has divided its operations into two sub groups, each headed by a group
