A telephone system that prevents brokers' telephone lines being tied up with transfer calls could save brokers a potential £5 520 for a 50-seater call centre a year by avoiding installation of additional telephone lines, according to telecoms reseller Callstream.

In addition to saving the cost of installing new hardware, Callstream claims that its network system could make brokers money by making sure they save potential customers' calls, which could equate to £100 per sale.
