Saga, the provider of products and services to the over-50s, has extended an outsourcing contract with motor insurance claims management specialist WNS Assistance until the end of 2010. The contract, which was originally signed in January 2004, involves Saga handling all motor insurance claims, customer services and personal injuries with WNS systems and controls, while WNS manages all accident repairs, engineering and supply chain matters.
