A saucy e-mail from a 26-year-old PR executive proved to be a graphic
example of how the internet can get you into trouble. While Claire Swire
only wanted solicitor Bradley Chait to read her message, she soon found
that some 10 million people across the world also discovered her very
private opinions.


Mr Chait's decision to forward the e-mail on to his friends led to a
frenzy of publicity that both his and Claire's employer, solicitor Norton
