The anti-fraud committee will launch its strategy against
bogus-claims in early December, according to chairman David Neave.


The committee, part of the Association of British Insurers, met for the
first time in January and has already agreed its anti-fraud strategy with
the ABI and the General Insurance Standards Council.


Mr Neave, who is also director of personal lines claims and purchasing at
Royal & SunAlliance, said that the committee would initially talk to
underwriters but "hasn't ruled out
