London-based Glencairn has announced the appointments of Mark Palmer and Gary Tyler to its specialist risk division. Palmer, who joins from HSBC Insurance Brokers, is an associate partner within the Glencairn specialist risk division and will be involved in production and placement of political risk and trade credit transactions. Tyler will be working alongside the recently appointed Darren Norris to further strengthen the marine cargo initiative.
