The British Insurance Brokers' Association has launched a medical malpractice scheme for its members...

The British Insurance Brokers' Association has launched a medical malpractice scheme for its members in collaboration with FSJ, the UK wholesale arm of broker Heath Lambert.

The scheme offers no minimum premium restrictions, meaning that brokers of any size can place business through the scheme. There is no Aids exclusion, while breach of confidentiality cover is included as standard and nurses benefit from indemnity.
