Zurich is claiming service comes first, after an NOP study for its
commercial business unit found 31% of its key partner brokers see quality
of service as the most important aspect in choosing an insurer.


The insurance giant is upping its service with the launch of two new
marketing initiatives for intermediaries.


The 'Go for the big conversion' campaign and toolkit aims to help brokers
gain new business, improve retention rates and market themselves more
effectively.


Zurich will give brokers points
