Overheard was on the road again last month, visiting the variousinsurance conferences and hoping to catch a glimpse or two of the lighter
side of the industry. And, of course, this column was not
disappointed.
Top of the stupidity ratings was the Broker Network for getting delegates
to stand on their chairs and pretend to be chickens. Eager brokers leapt
up, did the required arm actions and clucked in the faces of their fellow
members. The reason for this foolishness was never properly explained
