Hambro Assistance is offering brokers a contingency fees policy on ano-win, no-fee basis. The cover will also be sold by members of the Motor
Accident Solicitors Society to provide its cover.
The policy, feeprotect, which is underwritten by Lloyd's and Zurich
Insurance, is one of the first no-win, no-fee insurance policies to be
offered on a contingency fee basis, which means that the victim does not
have his/her success fee deducted from the damages.
