Hiscox has launched a web-based claims management system, which will be rolled out across the UK. CMS aims to improve the efficiency of claims handling and will give brokers instant access to information on the status of claims. It has a document storage facility, and an accounts system that allows the quick settlement of claims payments by BACS. Hiscox email, fax and letter applications will be integrated with CMS.
