Meeting client expectations while minimising the risk of exposure to
negligence claims is easier in theory than practice. However, no
professional is immune from claims and the best fit must be made to ensure
a business achieves consolidation and growth - the need to achieve higher
client satisfaction and lower claims exposure has never been greater.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
