Much-awaited customer-oriented developments by Misys have given its products added-value in the broker software arena.
You may recall that, at the end of last year, I visited Misys and wasmightily impressed by the new culture and attitude to developments I found
there. Well, last month, I went back to look at some of the company's
applications and at how it is facing the future.
It has a new breed of business development consultant - someone who knows
general and life insurance, how a broker works, how the Misys system works
and can be used, and how to enhance the system to satisfy the broker's
