However, I would like to clarify the difference between a commercial legal expenses insurance policy and our employment practices protection contract.

Commercial legal protection is subject to the condition that any claim must possess reasonable prospects of success. EPP removes this condition so most employment disputes will be covered, regardless of prospects.
