Cigna International has revamped its directors & officers liabilitypolicy.
The insurer claims that its new-look product, Elite, provides one of the
widest covers in the UK.
The policy has been reworded to take account of new employment laws and
also incorporates several new features, such as cover for all employees
when named as co-defendants, emotional distress for employment practice
claims and provision for the new law on unpaid national insurance
contributions.
