Two insurers have launched online services, allowing their brokers toprovide instant quotes for clients.
Abbey Legal Protection has developed what it is calling an e-broking
service which enables brokers to provide on-the-spot legal expenses
insurance to clients without the need for any paperwork.
The system will enable a broker to download a simple one-page
declaration.
After answering three questions and sending a confirmatory fax, they will
be covered for specific legal and accountancy expenses
