Motor repair and claims specialist PHH Insurer Services has mergedwith its sister operation PHH Accident Management Services to form a new
company, Cendant Claims Plus.
The move follows the merger of the companies' US parent PHH with
transaction processing outfit HFS and membership programmes organisation
CUC to form the Cendant Corporation.
In the UK, the PHH group of companies becomes Cendant Business
Answers.
Under this banner are Cendant Claims Plus, Cendant Business Partners and
PHH Vehicle
