Ace Europe has decided to join imarket after an e-commerce review by Ace Europe e-commerce manager Mark Whiteside. He said: "We are hoping to deliver a professional indemnity product over imarket's internet product in the second half of the year. Our challenge with imarket is to make the user's experience simpler. Brokers have complained to me about long proposal forms." Next month, Ace will roll out its directors' and officers' products over its extranet offering Ace Online.
