Peter Knowles, strategy and marketing director at Polaris, has said they are in advanced discussions with four household-name insurers to join imarket next year. He expects all negotiations to be completed by the end of this year or early next year at the latest. The insurers, which cannot yet be revealed, will then move onto the system live. The timing of this will depend on the compatibility of their systems. NIG has been the latest insurer to embrace the new technology.
