Northamptonshire-based broker MCE is the first broker to launch an e-commerce site for private car and motorcycle insurance using software house Open GI's web integration service.
The site - www.mceinsurance.com - launched in April, has been built using Open GI's e-Quotes and XML technology, providing linkage to any aggregator and is currently negotiating terms with aggregators.
Open GI's web development team managed the integration process from developing data capture, to co-ordinating web
