ClaimWatch has announced its ClaimWatch package is now fully integrated with the EMA Computer Solutions Bodyshop Management System and is available to all body shops using the EMACS system. ClaimWatch is a web-based tracking package that keeps insurers and customers up to date with the repair status of vehicles 24 hours a day. Motorists can receive text messages informing them of the progress of their vehicle repair and can also check repair progress online.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
