AA Insurance Services was highly commended for its website at this year's Marketing Direct Intelligence Awards.The AA launched its instant, online quote facility (www.theaa.co.uk) at the beginning of May, and now has 16 000 motorists using it for motor insurance quotes every month.
The intermediary claims it will quote for 99% of motoring risks including drivers under 25, those with previous accidents or convictions and unusual makes and models of cars.
