Brokers and intermediaries in the commercial lines market have
criticised insurers for failing to produce accurate documentation.


In a survey of commercial lines brokers by Professional Broking and Post
Magazine, 66% of respondents said they were not happy with the level of
accuracy in policy schedules and certificates.


Malcolm Tarling, a spokesman for the ABI, said: "I think our members will
be surprised that two thirds of your survey are not happy with the level
of accuracy. Insurers need to pay
