An independent broker is pursuing a complaint against insurance giant Axa, after it failed to quote for seperate pieces of business over several years.
Tony Conlon, a director at Shropshire-based Henshalls Insurance Broker, said the insurer failed to come back to him with a fleet quote for a local business from Axa's Birmingham office, yet gave a quote to competitor Rollinson Smith and Company, a member of the Broker Network, from another office.
