The Institute of Insurance Brokers and the British Insurance BrokersAssociation have gone head-to-head with e-commerce initiatives aimed at
encouraging brokers to trade online.
The IIB option - Insureright - allows for full Internet trading with
brokers selling insurance from their own websites. The initiative has been
launched in conjunction with Polaris, IT firm Maven and Internet
facilitator Planet. The system will provide comparative quotations for a
