The hazards associated with making a film are unpredictable, so brokers working in this sector need to have their wits about them to avoid the perils lurking, says Shona Cronin.

Brokers specialising in film insurance, need to have a real passion
for the sector, not only because they may be called upon to satisfy every
whim of a high profile actor or actress, but also demands may be made on
their time at unsociable hours.
