Lloyd's trading platform Kinnect is now passing risks on a daily basis and has signed up two new companies.

Markel and Ascot have signed up to use Kinnect, joining brokers Willis and Marsh and underwriters Amlin, ACE European Group, Beazley and Wellington.

It is also in discussions with other large brokers and underwriters to join the platform.

Kinnect placed the first complex open-market risk in February. Marsh and Willis have been submitting risk data from their North American property portfolios
