Misys Financial System's electronic trading facility, Oasys Commercial, has gone on general release following a successful pilot with 19 brokers.
It now has around 150 users of the software and an additional 20 sites.
Fortis and MMA will be the first insurers to launch products on Oasys Commercial, which will allow integration between their own system and the broker's system. It is understood that at least two further top UK insurers are due to sign up shortly.
