Hill House Hammond has launched Business Insurance Direct, acommercial lines call centre in Bournemouth, to provide immediate quotes
for bespoke products on small to medium-sized risks. Policies will be
issued at point-of-sale using Policy Master's Gemini system. The
operation's 20 staff is expected to increase to 60 by the end of the year.
