Acclaim Insurance Services has successfully sued Misys FinancialSystems, allowing the broker to continue to use the Penta broking
system.
Misys alerted brokers it would be withdrawing support for the Penta system
in December 1999 and a year later wrote to brokers. It stated: "Continuing
