HSBC Insurance Brokers has appointed Tim Kemp as deputy chief executive. Currently managing director of the General Corporate and Commercial Risks division, he will also assume the role of chairman, GCCR. Kemp will be succeeded as managing director, GCCR, by David Boosey who joins the main board of HSBC Insurance Brokers. Boosey's current role will be jointly assumed by Steve Emmerson and David Carlile. Emmerson will be responsible for national operations and Carlile for branch operations. Alan
