Brokers are being invited to sign up for an internet-basedunderwriting system for commercial lines.
The system, launched last month, enables online submission, rating,
quoting and binding of commercial insurance.
Using workflow technology, both retail and wholesale brokers can use the
system to submit risk applications to numerous carriers using standard
forms. Brokers can then track applications online and underwriters can
request information from brokers via a built-in messaging system or
