Preston-based broker Taylor Patterson Insurance Services is going green with a new insurance policy, via Oak Underwriting, for homes with a rebuild value in excess of £250,000. For every policy sold, TPIS will make a donation to community charity Offshoots, a Groundwork Trust project that, among many projects, grows vegetables, fruit, herbs and trees without using any chemicals or pesticides.
