Hot on the heels of CP 186 comes CP 187, Insurance selling and
administration & other miscellaneous amendments.


Another weighty consultation, CP 187, sets out how the Financial Services
Authority plans to regulate the selling and administration of insurance
contracts. The FSA is keen to receive feedback on this consultation paper,
as it aims to publish a final rulebook on the conduct of business in
January 2004. This rulebook will be part of the FSA's Handbook of Rules
and Guidance.
