The Financial Services Authority will launch a publicity campaign
this summer to increase awareness of the authorisation process among
high-street brokers.


The FSA has appointed two communications staff to head the campaign and is
planning to hold roadshows across the country to answer brokers'
questions.


It will also set up an authorisation application pack, direct mailings and
a media relations campaign.
