Project Blue Mountain has delayed its next announcement - believed to
be the kick-start to its initial roll out.


The delay comes as Lord Levene, chairman of Lloyd's, urged the market to
embrace 21st century technology. Project Blue Mountain should be ready to
move into its next phase in April, however, according to a Lloyd's
spokesperson.
