Royal & SunAlliance is targeting small- to medium-sized companies conducting business via the Internet, e-mail, intranet and extranet, with a new dedicated policy.Websafe has been devised in conjunction with Summit Insurance Services to protect SMEs with a turnover of up to £5m against claims for fraudulent use of customers' credit and debit details, infringement of copyright, patent and intellectual property rights, defamation of third parties and misuse of confidential information.
