Ex-broker Matthew Newsome has launched a start up technology company to enable brokers to provide home insurance clients with an accurate and guaranteed cost of rebuilding figure.
The firm Clarity Risk, whose sole product at present is its web-based StructSure, claims to be the only sums insured calculator to guarantee the figure, and for up to three years. Currently the Association of British Insurers' website features a calculator but expressly states it is only a guide and should not be relied
