Independent Insurance has launched a directors' and officers' policywhich can be sold both as stand alone cover or an add-on to its main
commercial packages.
Available exclusively to brokers who attended the insurer's "Absolute"
roadshow, the policy includes defence costs for pollution claims, and
cover for employment practice liability and shareholder derivative
actions.
In cases where the policy is sold as add-on cover, the minimum premium is
£750 for a £1m limit of indemnity, while in stand
