John Eke & Partners attributes its success to good staff and high service standards. Nick Hamblin talks to Shona Cronin about its success.

Nick Hamblin does not appear to have been changed by success.
Although he is managing director of Bristol-based insurance brokers John
Eke & Partners, he still professes to miss his earlier broking days and
goes so far as to say he was a much better broker than he is a managing
director.


However, it is unlikely that the company's shareholders are complaining
considering they are set to benefit from approximately £8m-worth of gross
written premium by the end of this year.
