David Marshall & Others Syndicate 839, managed by Chartwell ManagingAgents, has devised a new professional liability product for
charities.
Charity Plus, offers cover to UK-registered charities and the individual
trustees, directors and officers.
Features of the policy include: civil liability cover which protects the
charity and trustees in the event of claims by third parties, mitigation
of loss extension to the professional indemnity coverage which provides
rectification costs for circumstances
