Broker Assistance, the motor claims management company, has expanded into a second office building. The building, adjacent to the company's current headquarters in Birchwood, Warrington, opened mid-June. It has been fitted out with a £250,000 telephone system that integrates with its existing IT platform and has the capacity to house 120 staff who, between them, will be able to handle up to 100,000 motor claims a year. Between both offices Broker Assistance can now accommodate 250 staff.
