Colchester-based roadside assistance company Call Assist has forged adeal with direct motor insurer Admiral. The insurer, which recently
recruited 200 staff, is now offering Call Assist roadside assistance
packages to Admiral's 500,000 policyholders. Richard Stevens, managing
director of Call Assist, said: "We share Admiral's commitment to customer
service, and our two organisations are already working well together.
Further contracts are in the pipeline and our hi-tech call centre in
Colchester
