The Loss Recovery Group has relaunched as Lorega Claims and Underwriting Services in a move to distinguish its offering from loss recovery firms following feedback from brokers.
It is also expanding its claims support services with the introduction of a back-office claims handling function for brokers.
The service, Brokers Integrated Claims Services, is claimed to provide a complete, back-office service for the reporting and desktop administration of all non-motor related claims under £5000.
