Guildford-based broker Stackhouse Poland has acquired London-based broker RHB Insurance Services. Stackhouse Poland, now in its fourth year since the management buy-in carried out by Jeremy Cary, James Agnew and Keith Hester, has tripled in size in this time, now controlling £20m of gross premium via its 60 staff in two locations. Majority shareholder Alan Rolinson will remain to help with the integration and development of the company. Peter Robinson will continue as managing director.
