Loss adjuster Crawford has launched a motor insurance fraudvalidation initiative that adopts techniques used by Thomas Cook to reduce
traveller's cheque fraud. The new service uses the latest psychological
profiling and conversation management theory to identify fraud and,
according to Crawford, will reduce claims costs by at least 10%. The
